I am a single mother in my 40’s who is just figuring out what the word LOVE really means and its not what I feel 90% of us thought. We have been misinformed all of our lives. Why were we never taught LOVE starts with the self when we are growing up? Instead we are trained to think the only way we experience LOVE is if its shown to us or it is received by others. This controls our behavior as we go through each stage in life and makes us choose decisions for ourselves in hopes of “finding the one”, when we are already “the one” within ourselves. ♥️ Loving ourselves first attracts others who love themselves, creating authentic love between two.

I hope anyone who reads this blog is able to learn something new about LOVE, if you’ve ever had your heart broken, being part of this community helps in your healing and creates a stronger heart with more faith in LOVE , and makes you feel supported in your journey.
